About Me

Throughout my career, I have played a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of teams in prominent financial services and technology startups in Africa and Europe, such as Konga.com, Shopflex UK, Migo Nigeria, Indicina, Swipebill Technologies Inc., etc., where I spearheaded the building of robust customer success and technical support teams and managed the recruitment of both technical and non-technical talents. I have also played central roles in structuring organisations, designing the culture, enhancing employee experience, and developing financial policies and standard operating procedures that have catalysed business operations and resulted in additional investor funding to the tune of over $50 million.

I am passionate about contributing to the African tech startup ecosystem and exploring both innovative and strategic ways to enhance the sustainability of these businesses, whether it is by working closely with founders, sharing my knowledge with professionals, or conducting extensive research. My recent research proposal explored critical factors needed for the sustainability of digital startups.  

I am also passionate about fostering the growth of service professionals in Africa through my virtual mentoring programme, Service Champs Impacting Businesses (SCIB). Since its launch in 2021, over 60% of my mentees have achieved promotions, secured new employment opportunities, and transitioned from customer support to technical roles within six months of completing the programme.

With an MSc in business leadership and management from Robert Gordon University, United Kingdom, and a diploma in strategic management and leadership from the Chartered Institute of Management (CMI), I operate as a beacon for technology-led startups and service professionals, helping them achieve their strategic business and career goals.
